This limitation shall apply regardless of whether the damages arise out of breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory or form of action. Additionally, the maximum liability of PressRaven, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, and its licensors and suppliers to you under all circumstances will not exceed the greater of $200.00 USD or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.
